Basé sur des synthés aux allures minimalistes pas très mélodiques mais irrésisistiblement rythmiques. C'est l'aspect expérimental qui prime sur cet album où Frank pose ses lyrics déjantés et sa voix grave. Trop poppy pour les puristes, trop givré pour la scène Dance, cet album et Fad Gadget en général est passé relativement inaperçu à son époque.
